Aqua Flex is a clear rubber casting resin designed to cure clear, flexible, and durable. A very water-like viscosity will allow Aqua Flex to free flow into the most detailed mold and create a great part. With a mix ratio of 1:1 by weight or volume, Aqua Flex is easy to mix and pour and will cure out to a firm, crystal clear rubber.
- Mix Ratio – 1:1 by weight and volume
- Cure Time – 7 minutes
- Demold Time – 3-4 hours
- Degas and/or put part under pressure for bubble-free parts.
- Placing part in 100F will greatly reduce demold time.
